About the Company

To reduce the middle man chain of agriculture produce market by building a large customer base first (both domestic and international) and then create production support through contract farming, organic farming and green house cultivation.

·        Mandi fresh, founded by an Agriculture engineer, Shilu Sinha. In Jan-2010, Mandi Fresh Agro Pvt. Ltd. Company was formed with head office in Gurgaon.
·        Accountant and auditors of this company is A.B. Sanwalka & Co, Gurgaon
·        FY0910 Tax return is completed.

Expansion Plan

·        Mandi Fresh wants to capture the 25% of your society/local fruits and vegetables consumption through entrepreneur cum investor model. Centralized procurement & decentralize distribution model (also known as Hub and spoke) will support home delivery of fruits and vegetables.

What’s in it for Me (Business Partner – Sales)

·        Business Partner – Sales role is crucial in building the relationship with local customer base and leading the sales drive in the local market. Some of the key responsibility is as below.
o       Finding and forming the common interest group who will buy fruits and vegetables from mandifresh.
o       Decide on promotion strategy and marketing strategy.
o       Running in house order taking system (internet based / paper based / phone based / intercom based)
o       Hosting a monthly meeting with new and existing customers.
o       Facilitate the “consumer becomes the grower” program

Key Responsibility of Mandi Fresh

·        Providing training on how to run the sales operation (system and processes)
·        Telephone and in person support during the first 4 weeks of operation
·        Managing the sourcing, delivery, cash collection, report creation etc.

Risk and Reward

·        Initial Investment: 3,000/-  (To be used for push cart purchase)
·        Running expenses:100/- (Telephone bill)
·        Monthly Return: 10150/- (10000/-Salary Plus 150 Rs from cart rental income)

Terms and Condition

·        Customer Franchise model can only be started when we have minimum of 10 such woman entrepreneurs ready to take up this challenge.
·        For an individual entrepreneur to kick off the business when she can built at least 25 common interest group and can pay 500 Rs prepaid amount which will be later consumed as they buy veggies.
·        Monthly salary will be paid on 10th of every month by cheque from Mandi Fresh Agro Pvt. Ltd Company
·        As the sales grow, compensation will grow accordingly.
